Cannot remove from Add/Remove Programs

I can’t delete the following from Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs: Websavings from ebates and MySearach Assistant.

When trying to delete these I keep getting messages such as ‘.dll not found’. I’ve actually deleted the files associated with the malware using hijackthis and adaware but can’t get rid of the entries in ‘Add/Remove programs.

Any ideas?
