My problem with my PC is that it cannot normally RESTART or SHUTDOWN. It’s OS is Win98 and it just freezes at “Windows is shutting down” or “windows is restarting”. Then I have push the reset button just to restart. I reformatted it 3 times. Hope u can help me. Thanks folks!:)
