I have Office 2000 loaded on a 2000 Professional machine with a FAT32 partition. The machine is part of a workgroup (no domain is in place), I log in as local administrator install the entire Office 2000 cd on the HD. When I try to run Outlook it gives me an error stating I do not have Admin permissions please contact your System admin or log-in as an Admin. I have reinstalled everything and reinstalled service packs; still get the same error.
Any suggestions?
