Cannot see Computer and cannot Access Re

Hi:
I have set up a peer to peer Network using Windows Xp Home Edition and Win98SE. Win 98 is the one that connects to the internet. This is the situation: I am able to browse the Web on both PC’s, I can also ping each PC. In the Win XP I can see the Win98 but I canno acces the resources I get this message: cannot find path and something else about permissions; and on the Win98 I cannot even see the Win XP. I have done some research on Microsoft Site, check protocols and reinstalling the Network Wizard, but no luck. If anybody knows the way around I will appreciate.
