Cannot Select a Folder in ODBC Data Source Administrator

I have no idea why this doesn’t want to work. Everything opens fine, but when I go to add a System DSN, I add the Data Source Name, and the database type, and when I click “Select Folder” it does nothing. Can someone shed some light on this disease?
