I have set up a small Peer to Peer network with 1 PC as the GateWay using Wingate 4.2. This PC is connected via a DSL line. All PC’s on the network work perfectly except the gateway PC which does not send email. It returns error messages such as:
“The TCP/IP connection was terminated unexpectedly by the server. Account: … SMTP Server: … Error Number: 0x800ccc0f”
This has confused me totally as without changing any settings and using the PC’s dialup connection, it works fine?
