cannot send emails from the computers joined to a new domain

Hi all..

We are a software development company and we are shifted a unit to a new office. I have setup a W2K3 Ent SP2 server der and make it the Domain controller and dns server and add the computers (W2K prof) to the domain. They all were member of our old domain. I have configured the outlook express as the mail client..I can reciev mails but i can't send mails to our domain or to other domain s from the client computers. But I can send mails via outlook express in my domain controller.

All machines including DC are connected to the Internet via a router, which have no firewall enabled.

The error message is:

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Subject 'test', Account: '', Server: '', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"

We are using a new ISP line Airtel rather than in our main office. I cald them but they told me that ther's no pblm with der mail server...
and this is not der mail domain...

Is der any restrictions in a DC not to allow sending emails...

pls help me...
