Last week had problem with wireless mouse and low battery in mouse; installed new batteries. Worked short time, then began to not have mouse communicate with keyboard or pc (sony desktop winXP media center edition). Kept clicking “connect” on mouse, worked short time, quit. Replaced all batteries, they now work fine. As a result of this, I can no longer type any text in word, excel or a browser window. Tried to use Norton uninstaller tool to clean up system and cannot type password in screel. Effectively cannot do anything on the desktop, including recovery since cannot click or tab.]
