our ISP hosts our domain website and it's still live. however, for some reason we are no longer able to view our home pages from inside the network, but we can see it offsite. i am not sure if it caused by new added cisco firewall or some other changes. please help. (btw, we are able to see if typing in "ourdomain.com.ISP.net" instead of "ourdomain.com")

Do you have your internal configuration set up in a domain model with Window server boxes or another plateform? If so did you name it the same as your web site domain name? The best step you can take if this is the case is to set up a pointer in DNSto the URL or the IP of the server that is hosting your web site. If you need further assistance please contact me.

add a static "A" record for the website in your "mycompany.com" zone on your DNS server.
