Cannot view SQL query results

By Red Dragoon ·
My client is an assistant for a doctor. When he is logged onto the machine as himself, he opens up IE and goes to one of his favorites. I believe that the site he is looking at is actually on one of our servers. The page displays some search tools at the top, and at the bottom there is a mini-browser with back and forward buttons and so on. It says something like 'Displaying SQL Results 1 of 12'. However, there is nothing there. It is blank. When the assistant does this on her computer, she can view this fine. When she logs into his machine with her profile, it does not work. He is using Windows 2000. He had IE 5.5 SP2, so I upgraded him to IE 6 SP1 thinking that would fix it. I believe the assistant also had Windows 2000.

Sounds like she bookmarked the results of a query, which would cache it on her computer, not the doctor's. If the doctor tried to access the URL, it would have no query, thus, no results.

That's not it. She cannot see it even under her profile on that computer. Thanks for your help.
