Hi,
I am unable to write in the e-mail message body of outlook (I can open and read my e-mail, but when I try to reply, forward, or write I get a red x at the top left corner of the body message)
This error only occurs on my desktop with Vista not on my laptop with Win XP.
I’ve checked the security settings on both systems and they are the same.
I don’t believe that reinstalling Outlook would help. I’ve read many articles on the web where that option did not help.
Please advise. Thank you
