I have a client who has a problem printing to a Canon CLC (colour copier) through a RIP which worked fine upto recently using tcp/ip. I can ping the RIP from every machine but print error is message when I try to print. All drivers are upto date andreinstalled . I have tried both NT4 sp5 on one machine no good. Only thing that works is a utility called LPR spooler I can now print but clibration is very awkward, any help appreciated
