Can't Access Help in Office 2010

By dogknees ·
Whenever I try to go to the Help in Office 2010 apps, I get a blank page. This happens whether I'm trying to access the online or offline help.

I have Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 installed and with the exception of this one issue, they get along fine. The only version that will display Help is 2003 which is useless as I'm looking for the changes in the newer versions.

Can anyone point me to the actual files that I can open or suggest another way of getting to the Help. Note that the specific Help I'm looking for is in VBA and the object models not the user level stuff.

Thanks

Try and see if this works for you...

Run Office diagnostics.
Office Diagnostics is a very powerful tool to reset your Office setup to default level as far as all connections to various files are concerned.
You don't need your Office CD to run Office diagnostics because
all the files are cached on your HD if you have followed the
default setup.
Or:
Install your Office 2010 and do a repair/reinstall.
Repair Office 2010:
1. Open Control Panel and click Programs and Features.
2. Right click the Office 2010 program that you want to repair, and select Change.
3. Next click Repair > Continue.
4. Restart your computer.

How to install only select programs in Office 2010 suite.
1. Start the installation of your Office 2010 suite.
2. In the Choose the installation you want dialog box, click Customize.
3. On the Installation Options tab, right click the program(s) that you do not want installed.
4. Click Install now to complete the custom installation.

Hope this helps you out a little.
