Can’t access Win2K server over VPN

Hi there,

I have a SafeNEt/SoftP-K Win2k client PC which accesses my corporate network via a cable modem and our NetPilot Firewall. All is well, and have managed to log on to shared drives, email etc by inserting the IP addresses of the servers into the LMHOSTS file. The only applications I cannot run seamlessly over the VPN connection are those which reside on Windows 2000 servers as opposed to NT 4. Any ideas how I can get access to the Win2k servers as well? Bit of a networking newbie so sorry for vague post – any more info will be provided if reqested – thanks!
