Can't add device in VPN Manager

I am running VPN Manager on a FB1000. I'm trying to add a FB700 device at another location. It verifies the pass phrases, goes to verifying product type then seems to hang. It finally returns:
"The external IP address for this device is not the same as the hostname/IP address you entered. If you do not enter the external IP address, tunnel negotiations may not work properly. Would you like VPN Manager to cahnge this for you?"
Regardless of selecting yes or no it locks up the FB700 and fails to add device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with this particular device, however, when configuring VPNs, your tunnel setup may require an outside (non-secure network) port address mapped to an inside (secure network/real) port address. Is there anywhere else in the device config where you would map an outside address? I'd check around in your config for address mapping.
