Can’t Add Disc Management Snap-In in MMC

I’m trying to partition my hard drive, but I can’t load the disc management. It gives me the error code
CLSID: {DBFCA500-8C31-11D0-AA2C-00A0C92749A3}

And says it can’t initialize the disc management snap in

I have tried to add the Disc Management snap-in in the MMC but got the same code, and the same for launching it from the start menu.

Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated.
