Can't add TCP/IP

Following errors appear when trying to add TCP/IP protocol in WinNT 4.0 workstation:
*Registry Service Subkey Already Exist.
*Unable to Remove Name Space Provide.
What do I need to do?

I took the liberty of looking up those specific errors in the MS Knowledgebase. I ran into Q151237. Its a registry fix and very long in length which is why I did not paste it in my answer. Good luck!
