My Toshiba Satellite is only 2 years old. It stays stuck on the Windows screen, trying to boot, but just stays there. I can get into Safe Mode but any selection I choose brings up a screen that just shows partition and drivers with different extensions, then quickly goes to the blue screen that says some error I don’t have time to read. Anyway, can’t log on with Safe Mode. I now have the Toshiba Recovery disk and it loads ramdisk and then just sits there with the cursor not busy. Any ideas? I’ve tried ging into setup but no luck there either. Techs I’ve talked to think the hard drive is out. My daughter was playing a high graphics game on this computer right before this happened. Thanks for any help. I hate to replace this as I only use it occasionally but when I need it I need it!!
