About 2 weeks ago I lost my ability to change my desktop background. If I went properties, desktop the browse button is grey and Im not able to click on any of the choices at the left. Anyways I went to differet sites the told me to do this to my registry:
hkey_software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\polices\system and delete wallpaper values from 1 to 0 and do the same anywhere else in the registry but the value was 0 then delete Nochangingwallpaper anywhere in registy. well that didn’t work any ideas?
