I bought a ATI radeon 64 MB video card. installed it with Windows 98. PC can not chaged settings from 16 colors to 256 colors.
It can only start up in safe mode. It has a pin noise once in a while. sometimes no display screen when restart. Please help. Thank you in advance. Wai.
