Can’t connect my printer server

Can’t connect my printer server
Hi,

Our printer server was working properly, but suddenly, it stop working. We have two systems in
network plus the printer server conneced by router.We are using win2k professional operating system.We can’t ping the printer server ip however we can see the printer server on network.Assume there is no hardware problem, what other settings we have to set?
