Can’t connect to domain

Hi Techies,
Please help with this problem, i have a windows98 computer that was giving me some problem.so I clean the drive re-install win 98 and upgrade to win 2000 pro.but after doing that I can’t connect to my domain server,in the device manager the enternet adapter has a yellow question mark should i install the device driver to enable network to work,if so where can i get a driver for it.when i try adding the computer to the network using network id the message .

please advise
