Can’t copy large files

Any attempt to copy a file a little over 1GB in size from a remote server onto a Windows 2000 server fails with “Insufficient System Resources”. Copying the same file onto an NT server, or an XP Pro system, works fine. All three target systems have identical hardware –
Pentium 4 2MHz, 512MB memory, plenty of free disk space.
