can't create user account in AD windows 2003 server

when i tried to create a user password the system saids
password must meet complexcity requiermemts
but i configured the password policy settings i don't know what i'm doing wrong.
Can you provide me with more information to solve the problem i'm busy with my MCSA study

If you are really studying for your MCSA, you should be able to know that the password complexity policy has been set at the domain level by a GPO.

Frankly that comment on your question makes you appear to be a really rude attention hound.

Try setting a password at least 8 characters long and using 3 of the 4 criteria.

That should solve your problem.

If it doesn't I would agree with Bfilm, and strongly suggest that you study a bit harder considering that this is base level stuff.
