Can’t display flash content or sidebar in user’s accounts

Hi all:
I’m having problems showing flash content in my user’s accounts IE. This does not happen when I use my admin account. Also, the windows sidebar does not work in the user’s accounts but it does in the admin one. I tried down loading the new version of Flash player, but it does not load into the user’s accounts. Could any body help me? I’m running Vista Home Premium SP1

Flash won’t work if JAVA is broken…

Go to java.com to test/install java.

When you reinstall flash do you use ‘run as administrator’? that may help.

Will sidebar launch if you select ‘run as administrator?’

if you goto the cmd prompt and type:
C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe

will it run?
