Operating system is Windows 2000 Professional (stand alone) and I am logged in as Administrator.
When I right click on any folder or the HD disk icons and choose properties no dialog box displays. Nothing happens. If I right click a folder located on the desktop and choose properties the dialog does display.
This happened to me before. I re-installed WIN2000 from scratch an resolved the problem. Now it is back.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.
