AMD K6 II 500, Sound on mother board, ATI Rage Pro 128 Video, 128 Ram, 12 Gig nightmare.
I was having problems with VXD blue screens and thought it was the video card. Replaced it with the one listed above and it worked fine except still had VXD blue screens. I had 4 or 5 programs open and the machine crashed and would not start again. Decided to format and start over. When loading win 98 everything is fine until it starts loading drivers, then VXD errors. I can start in safe mode. I go in tomsconfig and remove system.ini and it boots in normal mode. Help please!
