Can’t find CDrom after Fdisk?

When reloading a win95 machine I entered fdisk without selecting cdrom support. When I reboot to A: drive I should be able to change directories to d: or E: drive for cdrom to continue reloading windows. What happen to the cdrom drive? What can I doto get CDrom support so i can continue to reload? I had a cdrom drive before I did the reload. Thanks for any help.
