Can’t get in

NT4 sp5 NTFS. Must have a logon script? I have Admin user/pass but can’t tap into it to put them in. Logs on to desktop with no user intervention. There is only IE4 availble nothing else. How do I bring up a logon window to logon as system admin so I can install a program?
