I have a member who is using Outlook 2000 to attempt to connect with our Exchange Server 2003. We can get the process all the way to Check name then a window pops up to tell us to enter his user id, domain name, and password. When he enters the domain name it won’t accept all the letters. Don’t know what we’re doing wrong. Can anyone help with this issue?
