I am using windows 98 2nd edition, and recently I re-format C: (start all over) and I am very frustrated because previously installed MTS and SQL server (personal version) can not be installed, in both instances, the error message was saying that some certain *.dll file can’t be read from CD; (the MTS’s message implied that ‘DCOM’ was not installed on my system, but it should comes with Windows 98, and I didn’t have any errors when re-install Windows 98.) Help…
