can’t install Win2000

The other day I was trying to install Win2000 on computer with MSI m/b, 128Mb RAM, PIII 450.
Everything was going fine: I used default settings, network config, etc. But during copying process, which follows network config, system rebooted and installation restarted again.
I tried different CDs, changed BIOS to “Safe” settings. Nothing helps.

Any ideas? Anybody, please help.
