Can’t keep password in IE dialer

At my small ISP we are having trouble with some clients losing the password entry in the dialer. Username is maintained, but PW will NOT stay – even during configuration it is lost going from page to page.

This seems to be primarily with IE5.5, but could be with earlier versions.
