Whenever I download and then try to install the 2nd or 3rd service packs for XP Pro sp1, the computer can’t startup again. I go to a boot menu when I did 2. When I did 3, it just went back and forth from the XP page to the dell page and I had to boot and reinstall regular XP from the CD. Does anyone have a clue why? It’s a new Dell Insiron 530.Plenty of HD space and memory. Thanks
