One of our users lost mouse (pointer stopped moving) after closing a program. She came to me and asked for another mouse, the second mouse didn’t work either.
I rebooted the system and login as myself and reinstalled the mouse drivers.
Logged out and seen the pointer moving again.
When she went to login herself it wouldn’t let her. So I login as admin, the same thing happened. Try to login as myself as I did before loading the mouse, no luck.
Can anyone help us on this.
