Can’t login to win2k server using win98

Hello,
I just installed win2k server and after successfully installing it as standalone i decided to make it a domain controller. What i do is i installed active directory using pre-windows and after successfully installing it and try login usingwin98 it doesn’t work it says “The domain password you supplied is not correct or access to your logon server has been denied”.

Anybody can help me?
