Can’t open graphics in pop up window?

Hi,

Has anyone come across a situation where for example you visit a site with graphics. Below the graphic it says “Click to display larger image”. When you click the image a second window opens but the window remains blank. There is no apparent download. If you click on home page with the second window it opens MSN.COM fine.. including all the graphics! I just can’t fathom this one out….

The system is a Dell Optiplex GL150, Op system is Windows XP SP2 with IE version 6.
