i’m running windows xp sp1 and my problem is that. somehow all the software in windows except for my computer, my document and control panel cannot be accessed. somehow all the file and icon cannot be associated with the program including system restore and any files cannot be opened. e.g *.doc, *.exe, *.xls and so on. and there no virus involved furthermore reinstall windows won’t do any good. the last time i resolve this by deleting current windows installation. so can anyone help me to solve this problem. please
