      Please provide a link to the “piece” or “paper” (or whatever it is) and tell why you can’t post a comment (like: there’s no button, or nothing pops up to type your comment i, or …).

      Anyway, it seems a great question. Another member reported it 2 years ago, and it seems that either they didn’t fix it then or – if they fixed it – it returned.

      I’ll ask the community manager of TechRepublic to look into it. Maybe she answers.
