Can’t print from Outlook 98 with multipl

I have a machine with 5 users that log onto it. All have their own user and mail accounts. One person can print from Outlook, but the others cannot. All the users can print from any other program.

Try to determine if the user that can print is the main idenity(default). If so ,then you will need to modify the user(identity) properties . You also may try to access print functions by double-clicking on the message and bringing it to a differentwindow. Or, the LAN configuration may have to be configured to allow access to print functions in the Exchange database. This would involve a reassignment of security access control.

You might try updating to Outlook 2000 with sp2. Your problems may very well disappear.
