Cant Print over TS anymore

My users used to be able to print over ts. Then it stopped. I had closed the RPC port per microsoft. Now I have reopened it. When the users log on I do not see their printers and they can not print. The spooler is running. This is W2K SP3. If they install it on their pc again and choose TS001 or whatever port is there they can print at home over ts. It just doesn’t seem to be working seemlessly like it used to. I do have their drivers on the Terminal Server.
