Can't receive emails

I recently setup a new user. My problem is that she can send emails fine. She can even receive emails internally, but she can't get emails from outside. I know its something small and stupid that I'm missing, but I can't seem to figure it out...brain fart day...I'm thinking I need to add record in DNS for her to get going. I just not sure what type or where to add it.

It may be helpful to state which email system you are using as well as what email client and OS the user is using.

if it is a pop3 email client, make sure the correct hostname/ip address for the pop server is correct, and that the user can ping the server by hostname or ip address.

Sorry like I said brain fart day. I have a 2003 exchange server and the user is using Windows 2000 office and OS.
