Can’t remove printer or print

I can’t remove and reinstall my printer its a HP Laserjet 4101 and its on the network. I keep getting and error when I try to print, it keeps tell me there is a network error and it can’t find the network. There was an error writing to IP_192.168.1.100 and that the network could not be used for the operation requested. I have gone into file then properties it show IP_192.168.1.100 (HP Standard TCP/IP Port)and it shows it right place saying print to the following port, I have even changed the spool setting from raw to EMF and still nothing. What’s my next option.
