I am trying to clean up an old system for my son to use as a weather station server. I have a program I had installed and now I cannot remove. When I uninstalled it, it asked for the cd, which I cannot find (it may have been pitched). I contacted the company, but no answer. Now, win installer randomly pops up with the box to insert cd. I tried to just manually delete the program files, but they are read only, and when I try to change the attributes, the file attributes revert to read only. I’m at a loss, and would appreciate the help.
