I have a PC that runs Win95. When I open a .tiff Window from Netscape. It only opens in a Minimized state in the Taskbar. Right clicking on it will allow me to open it only in Maximized state. The Restore option is grayed out and Size or Move will not respond. how can I get it to where I can size the window.
