On one of our IBM Thinkpads a user get’s the following erromessage This application is not supported by Microsoft Windows NT. The window title is: Can’t run 16-bit Windows Program. When he logs on to another TP600 with the same installation he can run the program (Ccplus) without problems. I also used other userid’s and only on this one PC the error occurs. I completely reinstalled the pc but the problem comes back. I checked on BIOS versions and did a memory test but found nothing wrong. So what might be wrong, is it a hardware problem?
