Can't See Fonts

I have recently deployed a new PC in our office. PIII. And installed Office 2000. The problem I am having is I can only see one font when in Word and Power Point. In Excel and Outlook and can see ALL the fonts.

Any ides, I have uninstalled andreinstalled office and still no fonts.

Make sure you have a printer installed, even if it's not connected.

Here's on article about the problem. http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q276/5/15.ASP .(there are no spaces in the URL).
There are others because it's an old problem. Word, especially is printer oriented and will only display the fonts it can use. If you attach a dot matrix printer, for instance, you wont see the fonts available to a laser etc.
