Cant send email with Outlook

I configured Outlook so that i can view my HTTP emails using Outlook,i can download mails fine however i cannot send emails at all,i get an error: interface not enabled.My pop3 and smtp servers are set fine and i have enabled authentication for my outgoing SMTP.

Please advise
