i have a user who is unable to archive her email – it looks like it is going through the motions but nothing is moved over. When she does a manual drag to the archive folders and then goes to synchronize with the server, the mailbox size stays the same. I have increases the mailbox limits but this hasn’t made a difference either. I searched TechNet and found a possible registry fix but this hasn’t fixed it either. I am able to duplicate this problem on other test boxes as well.
