Can’t view source code

I run Win XP and use IE 6 and cannot view the source code of web pages. I have read some comments on this site about designating notepad as the html editor and have done this but to no success.

Could anyone help please?

Secondly how do I set up my techrepublic account so it emails me when a reply comes in?
